Join me for a relaxing 90 minute inward practice at Om Studios. Often it can be hard to go straight into a still practice with a sound journey, so this combination with Yin yoga to prepare the body and mind is a beautiful harmony. During the session, you will be guided through a meditative journey through a yin yoga sequence followed by the harmonic vibrations of the crystal bowls and other instruments as they wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and healing. These instruments create a symphony of frequencies that can help balance your energy, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.
