Jordan Rossow
Jordan’s path into sound has been one of remembering.
After years of studying and teaching yoga, movement, breathwork, energy work and meditation, sound became a place where so many of these different worlds began to meet. It invited her back into curiosity, into creativity, and into a part of herself that had always been there—the artist, the listener, the one fascinated by vibration, music, nature and the ways we experience the world beyond words.
As a teacher and leader of 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, Jordan has developed a deep love for education and for creating spaces where ancient teachings can be explored with curiosity, reverence and a modern lens. She is continually drawn to the places where different schools of thought begin to overlap—and how those connections can help us understand ourselves more deeply.
Her approach to sound is rooted in this same curiosity. Ancient traditions, modern science, subtle energy, the nervous system, music, meditation, ritual and our own lived experience can all exist alongside one another, each offering another doorway into understanding sound and ourselves.
For Jordan, sound has become a bridge between many of these worlds. A practice of listening more closely, feeling more deeply and returning to creativity. Her hope is to share these teachings in a way that honors where they have come from while allowing them to continue living, evolving and finding resonance within our modern world.
